57Wellesley, the town
Also known as The Vil. It’s not in Boston, but of Boston. The necessities—books, clothes, sushi, coffee, organic produce, inorganic personal supplies—are accessible; and the downtown is tidy, safe, and sweet. There are no discotheques in Wellesley. Yet there is a quality that the town’s founders tried to capture whenthey first named it: contentment.
