If you need assistance with your MFD(including general questions, training requests, hardware problems such as jams, etc.), the Copy Center now coordinates resources and supports allXeroxmulti-function devices (MFDs) in academic and administrative departments, providing first responder assistance, as well as escalation to Conway Office Solutions or LTS when needed. Please contact the Copy Center for MFD support at ext. 1111.
You can also contact Conway directly at (603) 889-8563 or submitservice requestsandsupply ordersonline. Always provide Conway with the ID Number located on your MFD.

Scan to email is available by searching the Address Book on your MFD. You can also add a Favorite for quicker access. Have a long list of addresses to add as Favorites? Contact Conway to provide an Excel list of addresses.
