Welcome to the Wellesley College facilities management website. Our mission is to responsibly steward and provide excellent customer service for the institution’s learning, living and work environments. We provide leadership for new and sustainable practices while honoring the historical vision of this Women's College.

The team is comprised of custodial; environmental health and safety; landscaping; maintenance; motor pool; planning, design and construction; the power plant; and infrastructure and sustainability.

COVID-19 Notice:

The College has purchased certain supplies in response to covid-19 that are available for faculty and staff working on campus. These supplies have been vetted by a special procurement committee who can be reached atcv19-supplies@wellesley.edu.

Available supplies include:

  • Masks
  • 1-gallon containers of hand sanitizer (refill for above)
  • Disinfectant*
    • 32 oz spray bottle (comes w/paper towels)
    • Wipes
    • Alcohol pads for wiping down electronic equipment

Supplies for specific areas also include:

  • Face Shields – for working with chemicals
  • Clear Masks – for hard of hearing and the language departments
  • Protective Eyewear
  • Disposable Gloves (nitrile and vinyl) – S, M, L, XL

Orders can be made by clicking on the “service request” button. Department Heads, or designee, should manage orders for their departments.
